Likely then that the other apps you tried do not attempt to enable HDCP (perhaps b/c the content provider doesn't request it). (other browsers are likely not trying to enable HDCP check over here they're widely available on newegg / amazon / etc. @vasantha : need you to pick up a 144hz display for testing. It's still a problem that webroot needs to fixthough as I do most of my browsing with the metro browser and that doesn't support silverlight. Enter the account password in the Password and Verify fields, and a hint to help recover the password. Issue is likely how WIndows HDCP works (or not?) with your display in 144hz mode I think.
